Karen L. Cruey, M. D., as a psychiatric physician, provides services to adults, adolescents, and children, committing her practice to optimizing the overall health of her patients. Dr. Cruey’s evaluation includes a medical assessment with referrals as appropriate to medical and other subspecialists. Among other areas, clinical focus includes stress-related issues, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and substance abuse. At the end of the first appointment, the patient will receive comprehensive information regarding diagnosis, treatment goals, and therapy strategies including prescribed medications when appropriate.
Clinical Supervisor: Judith Tolman, LCSW
Judith Tolman received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, majoring in Social Work, Direct Practice. She and her husband have 6 children and 7 grandchildren, who bring her laughter, joy, and love. She has a long history of dedication to her family, Church, and community.
Judith is experienced and caring in helping individuals deal more effectively with mental health and life challenges. She can find insights and paths to healing, from issues with self, relationships, life transitions, to faith and spirituality concerns.
Tiana VerNooy- Direct Supervisor for Rehabilitative Mental Health
Tiana has been working with at risk youth, and their families for over 12 years. She earned a Bachelors of Arts Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Tiana coordinates clients with their treatment team.

Patricia is a Spanish speaking therapist who loves to assist adults and children in overcoming life’s barriers. Patricia’s passion is assisting individuals who are in, or have been in domestic violence issues.
Natalie Jaspers, CSW-I
Natalie has been working with families and individuals over the last five years. She received her undergrad degree in sociology from the University of Colorado in Denver. She moved to Las Vegas to attend UNLV for grad school and received her Masters in Social Work. She is currently working with individuals doing outpatient therapy and working towards earning her license in clinical social work. She has experience working with clients with depression and anxiety. Natalie desires to specialize in eating disorders and body image issues. She is also interested in facilitating workshops in the future.
